How INFJ and INFP got found towards Pinterest
Pinterest has been the application that provides all kinds of photogenic, illustrations, images, photographs, and a business website and application of many genre things, from celebrities to your favorite books, from cats to cars. The list can keep going on. It is something like google and Instagram collab with its business purpose. But this application has found its comfort spot in many introverts’ hearts, especially in INFJ’s and INFP’s.
If you don’t know what INFP and INFJ are, well you gotta try the Myers Brigg MBTI Test, its like a personality quiz that categorizes you into a certain accurate group. Some may disagree with the quiz, but if you are honest in the quiz, you will get in the right group.
So what is an INFJ and INFP, both of these MBTI are considered to be introverted people? INFP is more into introverted feelings, they use their internal value in decision making while INFJ is introverted intuition where they have an unconscious realization of this, are willing to face the unknown. INFP has extraverted intuition which is where they recognize the possibilities and notices patterns with things and people and INFJ has extraverted feelings where they appreciate interpersonal peace and cares for others. INFP is also an introverted sensing person where they feel as though they are small when they are under pressure while INFJ is introverted thinking, they are highly critical and may make decisions that do not make sense when they are under stress. Lastly, INFP is extraverted thinking where they may have unpredictable emotions when they are under a lot of pressure and letting out passive-aggressive behavior while INFJ has extraverted sensing which is when they ignore and avoid the physical environment.
But how did this get to do anything with Pinterest? Even INFJ and INFP have their differences, they both are actually considered to be siblings, which means they do have things in common. Both of these MBTI are introverted and both have a huge passion for arts, imagery, photography, and business. INFJ and INFP appreciate art and illustration which is often displayed on Pinterest. They also like things that aesthetically pleases them, and they are very selective of their aesthetic.
Is Pinterest just for INFJ and INFP MBTI groups? No definitely not, anyone can be found on Pinterest, because it can be a satisfying application. Because this application is very unique in its purpose, it is considered to be a rare application. So far there are not many applications like Pinterest yet, but there are several web developers in Malaysia that are trying to build applications such as Pinterest for their Malaysian users. But anyhow, Pinterest is undeniably made for many introverts.
